  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    1. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your Designate Product is received in a damaged condition. We will require photograpic evidence of damage to both the product and it's packaging materials.
    2. If for any reason you are unhappy with your Designate Product please contact us within 48hours. You may return the item within 14 days and a full refund will be issued (excluding postage.)
    3. We cannot accept returns for personalised or custom orders unless the item is faulty.
    4. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    5. All returned items are to be received in the original condition.   

  • SHIPPING INFO
