Designate Products Newsletter

If you have opted in or subscribed to Designate Products newsletter, Designate Products will use the information you provide to send you news, special offers and information that is relevant to you. We use Mailchimp, an email marketing service, to deliver our e-newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. Customer orders and requests for information in store and at external retail fairs or trade exhibitions

Customer details taken, in the afore-mentioned places, for the purposes of orders or further information will be kept securely until the order or request is complete, any physical evidence of these details will then be destroyed. Such details will include, name, contact information and nature of request or order.

 

Payment information

Sales of products can be conducted on-line, in store and via telephone. All data given at the time of purchase is held securely and destroyed on site when no longer required. When you buy a product/s we’ll need your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card number, card expiry date and security code. For your security, we don’t store your credit/debit card details. This information is processed securely through Worldpay who we use for our financial data transactions and we are PCI compliant.
